The fourth of a C Suspended Chord (suspended 4th) chord is F. The fourth is up five half-steps from the Root. The fourth, which is up a half-step from the third, is often used in place of the third in what's called a "suspension".

The fifth of a C Suspended Chord (suspended 4th) chord is G. The fifth is down five half-steps from the Root -- but it's easier to just think of it as a variation on the fifth. Once you know your fifths, the flat fifth and sharp fifth are a lot easier to find.
