The root of the chord is always the easiest to find because its name is in the name of the chord!
The root of a Db Minor chord is Db
The minor third of a Db Minor chord is Fb. The minor third is up three half-steps from the Root.
The fifth of a Db Minor chord is Ab. The fifth is down five half-steps from the Root -- but it's easier to just think of it as a variation on the fifth. Once you know your fifths, the flat fifth and sharp fifth are a lot easier to find.
